Over 70% Annualized Returns; Outperforming S&P 500 by ~182%

Since I started this Substack on March 29th, 2023 my portfolio has delivered an average annualized return of 72.46% as of Feb 10th, 2025. During the same time period SPY 0.00%↑ has returned an average annualized return of 25.71%.

WealthWise is now outperforming the S&P 500 by ~182% on an annualized return basis.

On a Total Return basis, WealthWise has delivered a total return of 82.50% compared to the S&P 500’s 48.21% outperforming the S&P 500 by over 71%.

Commentary:

Space stock finally showed up with RKLB 0.00%↑ RDW 0.00%↑ and PL 0.00%↑ screaming higher.

Real Estate has continued to recover. I have taken profits in some of my real estate positions and am looking for a more opportune time to take off more.

Renewable Energy got decimated after Trump won the election. As I have mentioned a few times before that Renewable Energy is going to happen, it’s only a matter of when. So, I will continue to buy renewable energy even if I have to do so for another 4 years for sentiment to turn. Renewable Energy earnings have started recovering and year over year comps will get easier. I think we are at the bottom right now but no one ever really knows.

I am actually pretty shocked with how well my portfolio is doing now, outperforming S&P 500 by ~182%. And that is without renewable energy participating and instead being a drag on the portfolio.
